Short Mat Bowling Club

Short mat bowling allows people of any age, whether at primary school or in their 90s (and including the disabled), to take part in a sport.

Our club plays in the West Sussex league and also takes part in competitions and friendly matches, including various county competitions and tournaments throughout the year.  The bowling can be as friendly or as competitive as desired.

Bowling sessions take place at Clapham and Patching Village Hall on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7.30-9.30pm, and on Thursdays from 2.30-4.30pm.

We are actively looking for new members - just come along at any of the above times, or email/telephone Marjorie Rainford (marjoriejeep@gmail.com, 01903 871132) for more information.  Bowls and tuition can be provided for people new to the sport - and you can have two trial sessions free of charge!
